"You are absolutely correct, specimen. I am Tervantias the Archmachinator, Haemonculus and the conductor of this place that staggers the imagination and soul. My Anatomical Opera."

—Tervantias introduces himself to the latest victim to enter his Anatomical Opera in the bowels of Commorragh.
Tervantias-the-Archmachinator

Tervantias the Archmachinator was a Drukhari Haemonculus who took the Rogue Trader of House von Valancius captive after a betrayal by one of their own allies.

Tervantias, also called Tervantias the Archmachinator, is a Drukhari Haemonculus located in the Dark City of Commorragh who, like most of his foul kind, is a master torturer and expert poisoner and capable in some instances of using his mastery of biology and physiology to transcend death itself. His domain in the bowels of Commorragh was known as the "Anatomical Opera," for Tervantias believed himself to be a type of artist, whose foul fleshsculpted creations were actually a type of ongoing opera that he conducted with portions of his victim's anatomy.

Tervantias was always eager to create new monstrous beings from the flesh and organs of others. He often captured unusual specimens to use in his fleshcrafting, including Ulfar, a Lone Wolf Space Marine of the Space Wolves Chapter taken by the Haemonuculus' servants while searching for his lost pack in the Koronus Expanse and later, the newly ascended Rogue Trader of House von Valancius and their retinue following the events on Rykad Minoris.

It was Tervantias who unleashed the ultimate destruction of the Imperial Civilised World of Rykad Minoris in the Expanse when he had his forces steal the system's star to power more of his foul experiments. It was not uncommon for the Drukhari to steal new suns to power Commorragh from frontier regions like the Koronus Expanse.
