A Primaris Space Marine Judiciar of the Ultramarines, wielding the arcane, hourglass-shaped device known as the Tempormortis that is capable of altering the flow of time in a localised area.
A Tempormortis is an arcane device shaped like a large hourglass that is capable of manipulating the flow of time. It is used by Primaris Marine Judiciars, novice Chaplains, to slow the flow of time in a limited area around the foe so that it is easier to slay them.
