A Drukhari Tantalus
The Tantalus is a prestigious Drukhari assault skimmer that is larger and far more powerful than the dreaded Raider and is perfectly crafted for high-speed terror raids. Its distinctive twin-hulled design houses powerful engine-reactors slaved to enhanced drives and two rapid-fire Pulse Disintegrators. The signature armament of the Tantalus is complemented by a set of graceful scythevanes that extend from the vehicle's hull, designed to slice and sever any foes caught in the skimmer's sweeping flight path into crimson shreds.
First crafted, so it is said, for Archon Surasis Grief of the Kabal of the Dark Mirror, the Tantalus was once a unique vessel, but after the death of the archon it was copied and sold to other Kabals.
One of the largest Drukhari vehicles yet encountered by the Imperium, the cruel reavers who pilot this sleek engine of destruction take delight in mounting high-speed attacks, slicing through the hulls of enemy vehicles and tearing infantry into crimson shreds, heralded by the screech of the molecular dissonance fields of its scythevanes and the rapid fire of its Pulse-Disintegrator armament.
The Tantalus can carry 16 Drukhari infantry.
