The Talons of Perdition were a pair of Dreadnought Close Combat Weapons that essentially served as large, talon-like Power Claws for a Contemptor-Incaendius Dreadnought. These weapons supported the Contemptor-Incaendius' role as a close combat unit for the Blood Angels Legion.
The Talons of Perdition deployed on the IX Legion's Contemptor-Incaendius Dreadnought were commonly outfitted with built-in Heavy Flamers.
These Heavy Flamers could also be swapped out and replaced with a built-in Meltagun or a prototype Iliastus Pattern Assault Cannon.
