In refrence to the use of "Hot-Shot" in this article, Hot-shot is a single super heated Las Charge used by Imperial Guard snipers to punch through enemy body armor a normal las shot cant go through. Refer to the Ghosts of Tanith sniper Larkin "Mad Larks" who is considered the best Sniper in the entire regiment. If Hot Shot was ever used in a standard Las Rifle or Hell Gun it would melt the barrel after only a few shots. Only sniper rifles are modified to fire it.
