Roboute Guilliman to Groupmaster Marran
Battle Group Kallides' task was the investigation of the zone of absolute silence in the Nephilim Sub-sector, located to the galactic south of Badab and Nocturne, as no distress calls, no rabid screams or morbid lamentations, merely silence from all those Imperial planets in that Imperial domain. Crusade command dared not risk leaving this blind spot in their wake, hence Groupmaster Marran was charged with uncovering the fate of those worlds and securing them once again for the Imperium of Man.

For this, Navy Admiral Marran "the Bull Grox" was joined by mighty heroes from the Ultramarines, the Black templars and the Deathwatch, Nobles of the Knightly Houses Teryn and Mortan pledged their support as well as Princeps of the Legio Castigatum of the Collegia Titanica and an Ordo Xenos Inquisior, Lord Kyria Draxus vowed to lent their aid to Admiral Marran.
As they came ever closer to the Nephilim Sub-sector, the worlds they chanced upon were in open revolt, not to remove the yoke of Imperial rule nor to worship Chaos, but simply to flee from the Sub sector. Xenos species assaulted some planets, not to seize the Emperor's worlds, but to espcape from the Nepilim Sub-sector.
On the world of Severitas another Champion of the Imperium joined the forces of Battle Group Kallides, Ephrael Stern, the Daemonifugue, who had come to the aid of a group of Adepta Sororitas of the Order of Our Martyred Lady, guided by grim visions of a frozen, silent doom, that she thought to prevent.

Indomitus Crusade Fleet Primus
The 3rd fleet to actually set out from Segmentu8m Solar and he one with the widest remit, headed by Roboute Guilliman himself and Belisarius Cawl had but one initial task, spread out through the raveaged systems of Imperium Sancus and stabilise those parts of the Emperor's Realm still known to stand firm and löoyal. Only a secure foundation would support any notion of fighting back against the Imperium's assailants.
Indomitus Crusade Fleet Secundus
Is the first counter-offensive against Chaos' forces, to draw the attention of the Enemy while the wider Imperiu regained it's footing. This Fleet took the Martyr's Road towards the Eye of Terror.
Indomitus Crusade Fleet Tertius
This Fleet, under the command of Fleetmaster VanLeskus was actually the first one to leave the anchorages of the Sol system heading straight for the Machorta Sound. Having conquered the Khornate forces she met there, the fleet moved deeper into the darkness of Segmentum Pacificus and continue on their way swinging towards Segmentum Tempestus in turn.
