The Celtic influences in Eldar names are like to come from Tolkien's Elvish (Quenya to be specific); it uses Welsh vocabulary as the basis so it stands to reason Elvish words would appear to have Celtic origin.

== Seer Path ==

The article has an inaccurate reference that says those that start upon the path of the seer are known as warlocks. Warlocks are seers who once trod the Path of the Warrior, not those that have just begun on the path.

== Split into multiple pages? ==

Could we please split this into multiple articles? I think it would allow for more overview information to be placed here while at the same time preserving the detailed factoids we all love so dearly. [[User:Fusion 7|Fusion 7]] 19:15, June 30, 2012 (UTC)

No, this is a portal page for the faction and is intended to be highy detailed, while specialised pages split off from it. Also, the page has not been reworked to meet current wiki standards, and when this is done, much of the redundant information will be removed and placed elsewhere anyway.
