Shuriken weapons are the primary weapons used by the Eldar. They utilise gravitic pulses which accelerate down the barrel of the weapon severing a mono-molecular sliver of wraithbone from the magazine and hurling it at the target at incredible velocity the magazine is then pushed up by a degree of nanometers and the cycle repeats. Shuriken type weapons have an unknown rate of fire but it is estimated to be greater even than the Imperial assault cannon, with each magazine of a shuriken catapult essentially consisting of thousands of rounds. The main drawback of the shuriken technology being it's short range. The eldar minimalise this disadvantage by utilising their own natural speed and their lightning quick vehicles to close the distance with their enemies. Esponage1 08:29, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
