Shield Vanes are a form of Necron defensive technology that is only ever mounted on a Tomb Blade.
Shield Vanes are fitted onto a Tomb Blade’s chassis, and project a weak energy shield that is combined with additional armour panels to increase the durability of the Tomb Blade by a small, yet still significant amount.
