Sebastian Winterscale was the founder of the Rogue Trader House Winterscale who established Winterscale's Realm in the Koronus Expanse of the Segmentum Obscurus between 188 and 274.M41.

Sebastian Winterscale, a cunning and able Rogue Trader rumoured to be the unwanted son of the ruling families of the distant Ophidian Sector, was granted a fresh Warrant of Trade in 188.M41 and began to systematically establish and dominate an interstellar realm that bears his name to this day in the Koronus Expanse.
Although still only partially explored, by any measure Winterscale's Realm remains one of the most well-traversed and well-established within the area of the Expanse, and a prize to be envied and perhaps desired as a target for conquest by many.
