A Remora is a hideous alien entity native to the Warp. They are a bipedal vampiric race who possess sucker-like mouths and teeth resembling needles to suck the blood from their prey. They often are among the creatures who comprise the independent ecosystems that develop within the gargantuan bodies of Void Whales.
The Remora were first encountered by the team of Space Wolves led by the Wolf Lord Engir Krakendoom in the bowels of a horrifically mutated Void Whale that emerged from the Warp in 877.M41. The Space Wolves fought their way through a horde of the creatures to plant thermal charges within the Void Whale that killed the creature.
