Iconography of the Legiones Skitarii
A Mindscrambler Grenade is a type of specialised grenade utilised exclusively by Sicarian Ruststalkers in the employ of the Adeptus Mechanicus' Skitarii Legions. These grenades harbour the egg-sac of a Cthellan electrogenesis squid. When detonated, the resultant surge of bio-electricity from the grenade usually results in heavy neural trauma for any living creatures and artificial sentience caught in the blast.
