The icon of the Adeptus Administratum
The Logis Strategos is a sub-division of the Adeptus Administratum that serves as an Imperial intelligence and data analysis agency. Its purpose is to analyze the various threats facing the Imperium from xenos species and the forces of Chaos, and devising suitable strategies for countering them with the resources available in the Emperor's realm.
For instance, the adepts of the Logis Strategos may track Ork movements in a given sector or segmentum and seek to predict when a warboss will arise among the Greenskins of a certain region with enough strength to unleash a new WAAAGH!.
