House Medusos was one of the eight Houses of Imperial Knights discovered on the Knight World of Adrastapol. Initially loyal to the Imperium of Mankind, House Medusos chose to renege on its oaths of fealty to the Emperor during the Horus Heresy, openly siding with the Traitor Warmaster Horus Lupercal. Joined in revolt by House Hydrax, the Renegade Knights were destroyed by a great alliance of Adrastapol's remaining Loyalist Knight Houses: House Chimaeros, House Draconis, House Minotos, House Manticos, House Wyvorn and House Pegasson.
