The Hammerfall Missile Launcher is an Imperial Missile Launcher used as the primary weapon system of the Hammerfall Bunker used by the Space Marines as an automated, area-denial fortification. It is usually outfitted with either Superfrag or Superkrak Missiles, which are more powerful variants of the standard Frag and Krak Missiles available to the Adeptus Astartes.
Superfrag Missiles are used as anti-personnel weapons since they explode into thousands of highly lethal fragments of shrapnel that can easily shred even heavily-armoured infantry, while Superkrak Missiles are potent anti-armour weapons that can shred heavy armour plates with their powerful, shaped explosion.
