The Distort Cannon (or D-Cannon) is a heavy weapon utilized by the Eldar. The Distort Cannon is commonly mounted on heavy weapon platforms. This weapon uses a miniaturized Warp engine to create a point where the Warp is temporarily overlaid onto an area of realspace. If the target is not "swallowed" by the resultant Warp hole, the gravitational forces involved in opening and maintaining this overlay will literally rip the target apart. Although immensely powerful, the D-Cannon posesses only a short range, and is inaccurate by Eldar standards.

A D-Cannon

The Distort Cannon (or D-Cannon) is a heavy weapon utilized by the Eldar. The Distort Cannon is commonly mounted on heavy weapon platforms. This weapon uses a miniaturized Warp engine to create a point where the Warp is temporarily overlaid onto an area of realspace. If the target is not "swallowed" by the resultant Warp hole, the gravitational forces involved in opening and maintaining this overlay will literally rip the target apart. Although immensely powerful, the D-Cannon posesses only a short range, and is inaccurate by Eldar standards.
