The Caligari Conclave is a ruling conclave of the Imperial Inquisition that oversees the Inquisitors and their agents operating in the Caligari Sector of the Segmentum Tempestus. The Conclave's primary stronghold is the great void station located in the sector known as the Citadel Tempestus in the Nereus System.
Its current head is Inquisitor Lord Grigori Maldor.

- Inquisitor Lord Grigori Maldor - Maldor is the current governing Inquisitor Lord of the Caligari Conclave.
- Inquisitor Lord Klosterheim - Klosterheim is a Radical Inquisitor Lord who has spent most of his life searching for the enigmatic Inquisitorial battlecruiser Martyr, lost since the Age of Apostasy in the 36th Millennium in the Warp. The vessel was originally used by the Radical Inquisitor Uther Tiberius to develop a powerful, genetically engineered psychic Null named the "Alpha Pariah" with the aid of the Renegade Emperor's Children Chaos Space Marine Apothecary Fabius Bile. Tiberius intended to unleash the Alpha Pariah as an unstoppable weapon against the forces of Chaos. To this end, he betrayed Bile but was forced to send the Martyr on an unknown course into the Immaterium to protect it from the agents of the Ruinous Powers. Tiberius died before the vessel could be recovered but left clues to its whereabouts in artefacts that were scattered across the worlds of the Caligari Sector. Klosterheim had been searching for the vessel since he was an Acolyte in service to his own mentor, and the pair had uncovered artefacts of Uther Tiberius across the sector which eventually pointed them towards where the Martyr had been hidden. However, before they could recover the battlecruiser, Klosterheim's master deliberately wiped his Acolyte's memory of all they had discovered before his own death, in the hope of ensuring his student could not be successfully interrogated by any Puritans. But when the Martyr suddenly emerged into realspace in the Caligari Sector in the Era Indomitus, Klosterheim got the chance he thought would always elude him. Assisted by Sergeant Caius Thorn of the Stormwatchers Chapter of the Adeptus Astartes that had long aided the Inquisition in its efforts in the sector, Klosterheim launched an assault upon the battlecruiser, only to lose most of his warband to the servants of Nurgle who now controlled the great ship. It would fall to another Inquisitor to complete the quest for the Martyr and end the threat it represented to all the people of the Caligari Sector.
