We dont need them, SM is SM, it is a unique look for specifically male hero types. If you want the females, go to sisters of battle or sisters of silence, they have an extensive lore and background. If you dont like their look, then do what sm players do, kit bash your way to what you like. If you want more "female representation"(ignoring the fact there are litterally hundreds of great characters from various orgs within 30k and 40k books and games) ask for more support for sisters of silence and battle. Honestly this debate is utterly stupid, its like me saying "i want male sisters of battle". The point is not represention or for political expression, its for a unique setting of sci-fi and a board game with enough factions within it. We have been calling out for more guard regiments for ages and got female cadians, which i think is fine as they clearly exist in lore. On a further note, SM dont have 2 genders, they are refferred to brothers and the SOB/SOS are reffered to as sisters, so technically the concept of male and female dont exist within the SM lore and as such are in a way genderless. So to me the current line up of: 1 faction which is exclusively male vs 2 factions exclusively female, seems pretty fair to me. Everyother faction in the game is mixed(even chaos with its cultists). I really do not see an issue with female representation in a game dominated by male players and focused of a grimdark, horror, sci-fi, never-ending war, religious, tragic setting. Honestly the people who constantly bring this up just seem to have a complete lack of imaganation or interest in the game to care about the other factions within it. I understand you also mentioned not to talk about the "geneseed lore reason", your on a wiki that discusses lore and actuually confirmed information within the lore, which commonly scrutinises made up information, take your issues to reddit if you dont want to be challenged on lore reasons.
