To be honest, I'm just asking this because I am curious... everything in 40k is blown out of proportion than anything I have seen.

Thats only lightsabers that use kyber crystals, not general weaponery. And remember, we say both will work in both verses to keep things fair. I've seen plasteel been refered to as plastoid, and I'd say the SW version is stronger because, it doesn't get destroyed by something as primitive as basic bullets.
Agree to disagree ig
Well, they'res been cases of Orks getting forced off a planet.
Okay, going on the basis of both will work to keep things fair. Both minerals listed are inherently different, with their way of usage. Plasteel are used only in armor as I have stated before while plastoid are used in almost everything. Also, plasteel is just but one component in the Space Marine Armor whereas with the Stormtrooper, their armor is majority plastoid.
On the point of basic Bullets, the Ewoks were stone age and they managed to wiped the GE ass in Ep 6. Just Saying. They are many examples in Legend where more primitive civilizations were able to wipe GE Stormtroopers with far inferior tech.
On the Space Marines weaponary, their Bolts are not basic bullets. https://warhammer40k.fandom.com/wiki/Bolter_Ammunition
Go read and understand.
Look, I love Star Wars as much as I love 40k. But at the end of the day, both universe are very different and a head on clash with one faction from both universe will leave many questions unanswered.
If going by the logic and theory that both universe laws and science will work in one another's universe for the sake of arguement or discussion. Then SW GE ships will have to face the horror effect of the Warp when they engage Hyperdrive Travel.
It goes the same for 40k when facing against the mysterious works of the Force.
However, it has been established that the Force does not actively or inactively in any way influence the workings of the universe at large. Meaning, if a big huge invasion fleet were to somehow be on their way to nomed the SW universe, the Force will not intervene or warn people that something is coming.
As seen in this striking example, https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Yuuzhan_Vong_War
On the case of Orks forced off planets, yes, ork forces have been defeated and chased away from planets time to time. Howeve, I am talking about Ork Spores. Two Different things. Here's the link, go and read.
Tbh we don't know what the composition of rocks on Endor were, must have been incredibly strong, because protestors have been shown throwing rocks at Stormtroopers, and the rocks broke and did nothing. The Stormtroopers were actually beating the ewoks but lol.
Their bolts and projectiles launched from guns. They look, work, and function like bullets.
Because they are bullets.

No it won't, but force users will sense it.
Ik, but give it enough time people will notice the orks.
The Problem with your bullet arguement is that the bullet size coming out from a space marine bolter is several times that of a normal human bullet.
Some will agree with you that space marines bolters are just oversized M16s, some will disagree.
If ewoks can kill stormtroopers with rocks of Endor, then Space Marines can kill Stormtroopers with Oversized Bullets.
If Hyperdrive works in 40k universe then Warp also Works in SW.
If they, SW, cannot enter the warp, then okay, that's a plus for them.
Nope, Force Users can only sense what has occured and not what's going to occur.
What you want is Force Vision. Those uses the force to see into the future and most of the time it is not clear when and where it will happen. For more information regarding the Force of Legends Universe, here's the link. https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/The_Force/Legends
The Link for Force Vision, https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Force_vision/Legends
And by that time they notice the Orks, won't it be too late.
Also, please support your counter points/arguement with Links. Thank you.
Not an issue, its a bullet in general - normal bullets dont work on it, caliber size is irrelevant bud.
I think you missed my last post
Tbh we don't know what the composition of rocks on Endor were, must have been incredibly strong, because protestors have been shown throwing rocks at Stormtroopers, and the rocks broke and did nothing. The Stormtroopers were actually beating the ewoks but lol. The rocks did not kill the Stormtroopers, all we saw is a few fall down. Again, those rocks must be unlike any other type - because stormtrooper armor can take alot more than rocks energized slugs(SW bullets) blaster bolts in the megajoules and explosives to name a few.
Space Marine armor on the other hand loses to primitive Tau plasma XD
What you are saying about the force vision is debatable, but its not that important for this arguement.
Not sure about that.
I dont need to post any links, you already know this stuff.
I sure know my SW Legends stuff, but do you know your 40k stuff.
The fact that your arguement has been a one sided biased way, SW legends triumph over 40k over everything points that there's not much to discuss if everything is in SW favor.
Then I shall declare that in your point of view, SW legends triumph over 40k.
While other's will tend to disagree with me, I'll let them prove their points instead.
For my point of view, If I want spectacular space ships battle, I'll go for SW. If I want close up brutal gory battle, I'll go 40k. Each of us have our own perference which universe is better than the other. And since there's not much compromise coming from either side. Then there's no longer any point to discuss what universe can comp stomp 40k.
Peace Out.
