A Bloodstone is a powerful Drukhari weapon often mounted on an Incubus' Tormentor Helm. A Bloodstone is created from a broken Craftworld Aeldari Exarch's Spirit Stone that was claimed by the Incubus after they slew their target. When unleashed with a mental command, a Bloodstone can boil an enemy's blood with a pulse of potent psychic energy.
