The Adeptus Fidicius is a division of the Adeptus Terra that essentially acts as the Imperium's revenue service, ensuring that the Imperium's central coffers on Terra receive all of the resource tithes due from its member worlds. Additionally, one of its most important duties is investigating other organs of the Adeptus Terra to root out fraud and corruption.
