Hey there, welcome! Don your power armour, grab a power fist and enjoy!
Well, it mostly depends on the author, but Talos valcoran (and generally any traitor protagonist penned by adb) is a pretty nice guy once you know him. Hell, I would gladly have a beer with Abaddon too.
The only winner could be the bartender, after all with all the alcohol that Russ alone drinks, one could buy a small system after one night
And they look gorgeous! Do you have a background for them? Just curious
@GazAtolla Sorry for your isolation. Anyway I am on discord. See you there
Hey man, It has been a tough time here at the hospital. But the situation has stabilized and I intend to retake the brush in hand... If my colours haven't dried already that is.
One cannot go absent for a moment and you turn to chaos, Gaz!
Jokes aside it's good to see your works again!
Not bad lore, maybe black and dark blue is a bit too dark as colour scheme, but as long as you like it I won't complain.
To be totally fair I see a wall of text too, but given your pick I suspect is an app problem
As usual, I suggest you to write a page about them on the homebrew wiki.
“Given enough time, every survival curve reaches the zero".
Maybe it would take years, but in time all the normal marines models will be phased out of 40k (and subsequently out of the lore), remaining as a footnote in a codex. Who knows, maybe our sons/daughters/sentient pets will see the end of primaris and the dawn of moreubermarines
From the vaults of San Raffaele Turro hospital (presently pondering on a specialty thesis to ascend from resident to full fledged infectious diseases specialist) I bring you the saga of the Wild Hunt.
And btw fell free to stop by the homebrew wiki, it is full of amazing chapters...
Welcome to warhammer!
The bones are absolutely stunning!
Welcome back brother!
Lars! Bring the mjod!
Or maybe being the herald of abaddon gave him some leverage.
I am not saying that he is certainly not a night lord, I am just saying that I don't see that theory more solid than other.
About the books, I am more curious about how he could retrieve, let alone read the book of magnus sure, the nl were very jealous of konrad's relics, but I cannot think of a TS worth his staff to let go of the most powerful grimoire of tha galaxy
He could perfectly be a son of Horus, or a renegade from a loyalist chapter.
Being a raptor does not imply being a nl. The sons had the katulan reavers.
As for the grimoire nostramo, he read also the works of angron and the book of magnus without being a we or a TS (he has no specific mark of chaos).
Long story short too little info to formulate a solid theory.
They counter the negative modifiers like moving and firing heavies or rules that subtract to the hit rolls, and yes, you hit onn2+
As stated above there is no official time limit, and if you have on the table horde armies it could take a very long time (after all the moves are supposed to be ponderated)
Nothing bars you to set a time limit with your adversary and using a kitchen timer to keep track.
I think this is the best way, the guy with more models has less time for each unit to think about what to do, balancing the game.
For chaos Fulgrim, then angron
For loyalists russ/lion (based on actual codex info they both have premises)
Anyway I guess it will take some time, releasing a primarch usually is linked to a major campaign (fall of cadia trilogy for Guilliman, konor campaign for mortarion, wrath of magnus for magnus) and vigilus was released 2 weeks ago... I think we will have another year or so to wait.
